While funds in the real estate industry had a successful campaign during June, raising approximately $1 billion of the months $1.3 billion total, private equity emerging managers faced a set back compared to those in the market in May. Comparatively, emerging managers raised $4.6 billion, as tracked by the Buttonwood Tree.
