PE Emerging Managers Raise Over $1 Billion in June

Private equity emerging managers raised nearly $1.3 billion in June, according to data tracked by The Buttonwood Tree. During this period, twenty-two emerging funds were in the market.

While funds in the real estate industry had a successful campaign during June, raising approximately $1 billion of the months $1.3 billion total, private equity emerging managers faced a set back compared to those in the market in May. Comparatively, emerging managers raised $4.6 billion, as tracked by the Buttonwood Tree.
