Remington Bankruptcy Has Potential to Delay Sandy Hook Lawsuits

The latest bankruptcy filing by gunmaker Remington Arms Company may delay lawsuits connected to the Sandy Hook school massacre.

Remington, one of America’s oldest and largest firearms manufacturers, filed for bankruptcy on Monday, July 27, 2020. 

The bankruptcy has the potential to stall lawsuits filed against the company concerning the firearm used in the Sandy Hook tragedy in 2012.
