Wells Fargo & company (WFC) is no longer accepting new users for its online-only banking app, Greenhouse. The app, aimed at younger consumers, launched three years ago.
“The enrollment period for the Greenhousemobile banking program has ended, and we’re no longer accepting new applications,” the Wells Fargo website announces.
The multinational financial services company issued a response to the pause. It stated it will serve to "evaluate the pilot learnings and plan for future product development. Existing Greenhouse by Wells Fargo customers can continue to manage their finances through the Greenhouse app,” a spokesperson for the company said.
