Rodgers Silicon Valley Acquisition Corp. Files IPO, Its Eyes On Tech

Rodgers Silicon Valley Acquisition Corp. has filed an S-1 form with the SEC. In this paperwork they have registered 23 million units. This includes 3 million units that can be issued to underwriters to cover any over allotments. Each unit consists of one share of common stock and 1/2 of one warrant. Shares of common stock have been priced at $10 per share. Each whole warrant allows the holder to purchase a share of common stock for $11.50 per share. The units will trade on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol RSVAU. Once units trade separately, the common stock will trade under the ticker symbol RSVA, and the warrants under the ticker symbol RSVAW. The IPO is worth $200 million.
