SPAC Frazier Lifesciences Acquisition Corporation Goes Public Looking for Opportunities in the Biotechnology Sector

Frazier Lifesciences Acquisition Corporation has recently filed paperwork with the SEC as part of its IPO process. This paperwork registers 10 million units for public trade. This figure climbs to 11.5 million units in the event of any over-allotments. Furthermore, each unit contains 1 share of class A common stock, as well as 1/3 of a warrant to purchase a share of class A common stock for a total of 3,833,333 warrants​.

Each unit has a price of $10 per unit. Also, each warrant has an exercise price of $11.50. Altogether, this deal could raise $100 million or $115 million in the event of over allotments.
