Affirm Holdings Inc. (AFRM) announced on Monday Jan. 11 that it was raising the expected pricing range for its IPO. The payment-technology company expected its stock to price at $41 to $44 a share when trading began on Wednesday. Affirm originally anticipated a pricing range of $33 to $38 a share.

The company released an updated SEC filing on Monday that states it plans to sell 24.6 million shares at the updated price of $41 to $44 a share.
