According to paperwork filed with the SEC, Fifth Wall Acquisition Corp. I has filed for its IPO. Fifth Wall Acquisition Corp. I has registered some 28.5 million units of securities to publicly trade on the NASDAQ. However, this figure includes 3.5 million units issuable to underwriters in to cover any over-allotments, if any. Moreover, each unit consists of 1 share of Class A ordinary common stock and 1/3 of a redeemable warrant.
