Rihanna Focuses on Cosmetics

Rihanna focuses on cosmetics and lingerie after LVMH suspends their partnership for her Fenty fashion line. The line launched two years ago. In a statement, LVMH said that Fenty's ready to wear activity is "put on hold" pending better conditions. Despite the fact the brand has done better than many rivals during the pandemic, this is a setback.

Fenty was launched in May 2019, only the second time the French group set up a brand from scratch. This met the soaring demand for a luxury celebrity collaboration. LVMH did not elaborate on the reasons for the pause. After a big debut collection and launch, the brand kept a relatively low profile.
