SPAC Aurora Acquisition Corp. Goes Public Looking at European, Middle Eastern, and African Technology and Media Companies

Aurora Acquisition Corp. has filed paperwork with the SEC announcing its IPO. Moreover, this deal registers 23 million units to publicly trade on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol AURC.U. However, this figure includes 3 million units issuable to the underwriters in order to cover over-allotments, if any. The proposed maximum offering price per unit is $10 each. Therefore, the proposed maximum aggregate offering price is between $200 to $230 million. Furthermore, each unit consists of 1 share of Class A ordinary common stock and 1/3 of 1 redeemable warrant.
