Bigfoot Biomedical Secures $57 Million in Financing

Medical technology startup Bigfoot Biomedical has earned $57 million in financing provided by Madryn Asset Management. The company was founded to create better health outcomes for people with insulin-requiring diabetes.

The new round of financing will support the commercialization of the company's innovative Bigfoot Unity Diabetes Management Program. According to Chief Marketing Officer Red Maxwell, the goal "is to change the paradigm of care for diabetes by simplifying and connecting key aspects of insulin management for people who use multiple daily injection therapy. We've put great focus on simplicity, ease of use, and broadening access.”
