LA Dodgers Owner Files for IPO Through SPAC

LA Dodgers owner, Todd Boehly, has filed a $500 million IPO through a third SPAC. The SPAC, Horizon Acquisition Corp III, is looking to sell 50 million units at $10 per share. This comes after his second SPAC rose 20 percent on word it could buy gambling-data company Sportradar for $10 billion.

Boehly will be the chief executive officer of the SPAC. The SPAC’s units will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “HZNA.U”. Deutsche Bank Securities, Credit Suisse and RBC Capital Markets are the underwriters for the offering.
