Impossible Foods Inc. is planning to go public in an IPO that could value the company at $10 billion, according to Reuters. Impossible Foods could follow in the footsteps of rival plant-based meat brand Beyond Meat (NASDAQ: BYND), which went public in 2019.
Potential IPO/SPAC Details
The company completed a private fundraising round in 2020 which valued it at $4 billion. Impossible Foods could go public through an IPO sometime in the next year, or it could merge with a special purpose acquisition company, or SPAC.
