Krispy Kreme Expects to Debut IPO Later This Month

On Tuesday June 1, doughnut company Krispy Kreme publicly released its prospectus for its second IPO, set to take place later this month. Shares of Krispy Kreme stock will trade on the Nasdaq under the ticket DNUT. According to the U.S. IPO Guide by Latham & Watkins LLP, companies must wait 15 days after making an IPO prospectus public before initiating a roadshow.

IPO Details

Krispy Kreme filed to raise $100 million with its IPO. However it did not disclose the number of shares it would sell or the price range. The company will disclose that information in future filings.
