Warren Buffett Hopes for a New Economy Through Berkshire Hathaway

91-year-old business investor Warren Buffett portrays a willingness to invest in an increasingly tech-driven economy and is straying away from the old economy of the Berkshire conglomerate. 

Berkshire is focused on shareholders' capital return instead of making a deal. The operating business of the conglomerate consists of a group of organizations that are concentrated on the economy’s traditional pillars. It includes retail to insurance, batteries, railroads, and home furnishing. Berkshire has over the years missed the extensive growth that occurred in Amazon because of the orientation of the old economy.
