Koffee Kup Bankruptcy Could Cut Employee Benefits

Koffee Kup Bakery employees have been expecting their wages since the company's sudden closure. Additionally, over $830,000 may drop further to $12,000. Vermont Assistant Attorney Justin Kolber states that employees can only claim wages earned "within 180 days of the bankruptcy date".

Brattleboro reported that Koffee Kup Bakery halted all operations beginning 26 April 2021. Moreover, North America senior advisor Jeff Sands wrote in the notice that the company had been undergoing financial turmoil.
