After months of negotiations, The Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA) and representatives of air traffic controllers reached an agreement on wages and working conditions on April 28. This has averted mass flight cancellations from May 1 for the time being.
Air traffic controllers will sign temporary contracts to define long-term solutions until July 10. PANSA is responsible for the management of airspace and air traffic services.
