PepsiCo sells Tropicana and others for $3.3 Billion to PAI Partners.

PepsiCo Inc. unveiled a $3.3 billion sale of its Tropicana and other juice brands in North America. The deal was closed with a French Private equity firm named PAI Partners.

They both envisioned the company to become one of the best food and beverage companies. They called it a ‘marriage made in heaven.
