Arhaus Underwhelms in Market Debut

Furniture company Arhaus has gone public with an IPO downsized from its original offering. While the company’s expected share price range was between $14 and $17, Arhaus went public with a share price of $13.

They also cut the size of their offer by 44%. Initially planning to sell 22.9 million shares, they ended up settling on 12.90.

While the company sold its expected 12.90 million shares of Class A common stock, raising $167.7 million in the process, the selling shareholders didn’t manage to sell their expected 10 million.

Backed by Freemen Spogli & Co., the deal’s lead underwriters were BofA Securities and Jefferies LLC.
