The giant fashion chain Zara conquered the internet through its fashion trends. With over 2,000 stores worldwide, Zara is indeed famous among influencers and bloggers.
Recently Zara announced that it will start charging shoppers for online returns. Until recently Zara offered customers free returns without any charge. But now customers who wish to return the clothes must pay $2.39.
A statement from a Zara representative said: "Customers can return online purchases at any Zara store in the UK free of charge, which is what most customers do. The $2.39 fee only applies to the return of products at third party drop off points."
