Among the most powerful financial institutions in the world, central banks seem to lean towards preventing environmental risks as much as possible. The central banks say climate change is a financial and economic risk. These risks could cause undebatable shortages.

The banks that are deeply involved in this matter are trying to limit climate change by steering their financial systems away from fossil fuels. These regulations could strike U.S companies operating overseas. But like many of its overseas counterparts, it’s examining climate risk to the economy and financial system.
