Algeria has announced it will cut off diplomatic ties with Morocco. This decision will hurt both their economies.
The Algerian Foreign Minister Ramtane Lamamra announced the decision claiming Morocco for its hostile acts towards Algeria. “It has been shown that the Kingdom of Morocco has never stopped hostilities against Algeria,” he said.
Cutting off relations between Algeria and Morocco will have several dimensional effects on both countries economically.
