Warburg Pincus has invested around $170 million in New York-based Pet Clinic, Bond Vet. This deal expects to change the way pet clinics operate.
Bond Vet: Pet clinic background
Bond Vet is a veterinary clinic with facilities throughout New York. It was founded in 2018. So far, it has about eight clinics and more than 30 veterinary doctors, offering more than 18 veterinary services. Plus, they have treated over 40 000 patients (pets). Furthermore, the mission of this clinic aims to break with the traditional veterinary of simple animal care, towards strengthening "the human-animal bond through access to better pet care."
