”Inflation Weighs Most on Emerging Markets,” Says JPMorgan Report

The latest report from JPMorgan on Emerging Markets (EM) suggests downward revisions to growth and upward revisions to inflation. The report states that risk from China and global inflation concerns continues to weigh on emerging markets.

The report states that the growth of EM is the number one concern. Inflationary pressures push EM Central Banks into action. Low-yielders are on the move, and high-yielders are remaining in their positions.

Foreign Exchange

JPMorgan's report recommends South Korean Won (KRW) and Singapore Dollars (SGD). And on the EMEA EMs (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), they state that they will recommend Russian Ruble and Czech Krona. And they prefer South African Rwanda and Romanian Leu.
