On Monday, 18 October, leading global payments provider Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV) announced it has agreed to acquire digital marketing platform BentoBox. Neither company disclosed the transaction's financial terms.
Acquisition Details
This deal will grow Fiserv's Clover dining solutions. It will also increase the payments provider's commerce and business management capabilities. These capabilities allow almost 200 000 restaurants of all sizes to deliver distinct dining experiences for both quick and full-service restaurants.
