Hair Removal Firm, Milan Laser, in $100 Million IPO

Laser hair removal company Milan Laser has announced on 15 October that it has filed to go public with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Details of the Deal

Milan has not determined the number of shares to be offered. The company has also not yet determined the price range for the proposed offering. If Milan Laser moves forward with an IPO, the company expects to list the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "MLAN."

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Jefferies are acting as joint lead book-running managers for the IPO. Milan did disclose it has three classes of common stock, Class A, Class B, and Class C. The company will grant offered Class A shares on vote per share. Milan will award Class B and Class C shares ten votes, initially.
