EQT Exeter announced the sale of its US industrial real estate portfolio for $6.8 billion. This sale is also the largest US industrial real estate transaction to date. The portfolio spans 70.5 million square feet with 328 industrial properties across the US.
This real estate portfolio sold comprises primarily of logistics properties. These properties further serve the supply chains of major corporations; including facilities for functions such as regional distribution, e-commerce fulfillment, and last-mile distribution.
