CD&R Bids Adieu To Sirius With $2.5 Billion Sale

Private Equity firm Clayton, Dubilier, and Rice (CD&R) successfully exited its investment in Sirius Computer Solutions. The transaction follows a previously announced agreement for the sale of Sirius Computers to CDW Corporation (Nasdaq: CDW).

Moreover, as per the agreement announced in October 2021, CDW paid $2.5 billion to buy the IT solutions provider. CDW also plans to pay the consideration in cash. However, the transaction is subject to certain adjustments and customary closing conditions.
