Foot Locker Acquires Two Retailers for $1.1 Billion

Foot Locker acquires two retailers for $1.1 billion. The aim of the acquisition is to increase foot locker's sales and jurisdiction outside US shopping malls. The corporation plans on acquiring WSS for $750 million and Atmos, for $360 million. Both companies would provide a larger customer base for Foot Locker, allowing an increase in total revenue.
