Lulu's Fashion Lounge Holdings, Inc. has announced the pricing of its initial public offering on Wednesday, Nov. 10. The fashion brand is offering 5,750,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $16 per share, the lower end of the announced range.

Lulu's offered these shares at this price to the public. The gross proceeds of the IPO reached $92 million before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions, along with other offering expenses payable by Lulu's. The company expected shares to begin trading on the Nasdaq on Nov. 11 under the ticker symbol "LVLU". Lulu's expects trading to close on Nov. 15, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
