RWDC Industries Private Limited raised $95.1 million in a Series B2 funding round recently.
The injection of such funds takes the total funding of the company to $208 million. A two-pronged approach will dictate the use of these funds.
Firstly, it will help intensify its scale of operations in the United States. Secondly, the funds will accelerate its production of biodegradable biopolymer material in Singapore.
CPV/CAP Pensionskasse Coop, Optimas Capital Partners Fund, WI Partners Group, and EverSource Capital contributed to this funding round.
Furthermore, RWDC’s current lead investors include Temasek Holdings, Vickers Venture Partners, Flint Hills Resources, International SA, and the Footprint Coalition.
