UK-real-estate fund manager Clearbell Capital sold eight properties worth $101 million on behalf of its client CP Real estate. The deal happened via three transactions.
The fortunes led to a total of 28 tenants with the objectives of asset management completed by Clearbell Capital. Which includes a holding period of 5-7 years.
Deal Details
The deal consists of a link portfolio of six assets comprising of four industrials, each with one retail warehouse and office. This was sold to Threadneedle pensions for $67.58 million, advised by Knight Frank.
