Weather and climate security platform Tomorrow.io and Pine Technology Acquisition Corp (PTOC) will get listed on Nasdaq soon.
Tomorrow.io, legally known as The Tomorrow Companies Inc., and Pine Technology entered into a merger agreement on December 7.
Therefore, the deal value of the new company under SPAC is estimated to be around $1.2 billion.
It has no operations and was formed only for raising capital through IPO.
